.Ash
Made it for a contest a while ago. Would like some feedback. Sleepy
I like the pic, but card is broken. -It has a Dandylion-like effect (when sent to the Graveyard from anywhere AND a mandatory effect that won't miss the timing) that can Special Summon any Fairy in the game. You can just discard it as a cost and get your Master Hyperion, your Darklord Zerato, or your Archlord Kristya. Essentially a free giant beatstick secured that will perform some nasty effects of its own. This card has "extra card advantage" written all over the place. You only need the Fairy for that 1 turn anyways, but what I see here is that after removing that monster (assuming your opponent is still alive), you get to search any Level 4 or lower Fairy from your Deck. Be it Hecatrice, the guy that searches Sanctuary in the Sky, Nova Summoner, Shinning Angel, Honest, little Heralds, Manju/Zenju of the 1000/10000 hands, pretty much any Agent, or just plain get another copy of itself for a new beginning. It is pretty easy to get its effect during your own turn too. Discard for Perfect Herald to negate a Mirror Force and the such, discard from Deck with Foolish Burial, have it attack a stronger monster on purpose for the sake of a stronger one, use it as a Synchro Material, Tribute food, or Ritual Summon, and lastly, Athena loop (Tribute this for Athena's effect to Special Summon 2 monsters and burn) Overalll it is a little too awesome for the game. Also, it can be searched by lots of cards besides itself. My suggestion: -Take off the part where it searches something at the End Phase. -Not sure how, but it'd be nice to make it a little more specific in the reviving effect. As far as I know, it can be sent and revive a copy of itself other than that specific copy of the card.
.Ash
A decent review in RC? Didn't think it was possible. I do want this card to be considered playable. I'm thinking of scrapping the revive effect altogether. To be honest, I'm not sure what to do with the search effect. Simply put, it's the best part of the card, and I'd be willing to drop the revive effect completely just to keep it. As a draft, I imagine the effect can be changed to: When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower Fairy-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. A type-specific Sangan if you will.
Thanks, I'm glad you liked it :3 I always do reviews like that xD but I don't come to RC much anymore because I'm too lazy to comment on big sets, because my last cards were always dragged to page 3+ with 0 comments most of the time, and because the few comments looked like they where made by people that do not actually play the game. Between other things... it was my favorite section when I joined YCM ;_; (PM me when/if you want a comment from me in the future, if you want =D ) But enough of me =D Hmmm... I then the effect would be something like an X-Saber Dark Soul for Level 4 or lower Fairy-Types. I'm not sure what to say about that. It would help Perfect Herald and Counter Fairies without breakeing them, but I'm not sure about Hyperion Decks since I haven't seen one yet. It certainly is an improvement. I guess that change would be good enough ^-^

It would help Perfect Herald and Counter Fairies without breakeing them, but I'm not sure about Hyperion Decks since I haven't seen one yet. Hyperion probably has better search options, thanks to the Earth Agent (search another Agent or Hyperion) mainly. Heralds could use it I suppose, what with Manju/Senju/weak Heralds all decent options. Counter Fairies seems likely to use it. It certainly is an improvement. I guess that change would be good enough ^-^ I hope so.
Fixed it now, had to resist the temptation to keep it so that it would activate when sent from anywhere to the Grave. It shouldn't be broken, but I'm not convinced on its playability now. :/ Anyway, thanks for taking the time to review, it's certainly better than what I'd usually expect. Sleepy
Yeah it kinda lost a lot of use now ^-^" -I think making it optional is the biggest hit. Now it has all those rulings that make it miss the timing that Naturia Cliff has. You won't search if you use it for a Summon or Tribute it as a cost. It pretty much is a weaker Shinning Angel. My suggestion to that is, make it mandatory instead of optional. -Even with the mandatory portion implemented, it would also need another push. One of the best things about it is that it did not have to be on the field to do it. Maybe making it When this card is sent to the Graveyard (from anywhere and mandatory), but either: -Giving it a discard and/or Life Point cost. -Making it a Once per Duel. -Making it be removed from play when it does. -Allowing it to perform the effect only when there is a certain condition on the game (something like "if you control 2 Fairy Types" or "if your Life is" and the such) -Or "up to once per turn" ^something along the lines... not all (that would be too much nerfing) hmmm...
I personally like having it remove itself from play, but that's only because it works well with The Agent of Miracles - Jupiter (Discard for Jupiter's revival effect, add a Fairy, simple +1, then sets itself up as a revival target for Jupiter) Once per turn would likely work better as an actual cost though. I don't know which to use.
Sleepy
Indeed, there are a few choises. Although I'll be leaving for tonight (my timeline says its almost midnight for me). I can barely see what I'm doing now. I would write a little more, but the sensibility of this computer made my page go back like 3 times when I had already something written and everything got erased >.<" well anyways. Hope you find a good choice there =D
