Imperial Machine Revamp

I made these cards a while ago when the [s]Meklord[/s] Imperial Machine cards started being revealed in Extreme Victory. Suffice it to say: they sucked. The people of Realistic Cards, coming together, could not have made cards so bad. A bunch of those cards were being looked over again in the TCG section, so I decided to post these revamped cards, since I was curious about your reactions.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT NOTE OF EXTREME IMPORTANCE:
Anyone who comments on card art will be brutally flamed and I will employ all officially sanctioned flaming tactics including all-caps, swears, insinuations about the poster's sexual orientation, nationality, gender, sexual preferences, parentage, sexual history, and skill at card games, as well as flagrant abuse of the neg-rep function. These cards were not created to have original art. Yes the Imperial Machine Knights have the same art as the Machine Emperors, yes the Imperial Machine Soldiers Zwei just have a flipped version of the art of the Soldiers Ein. Get over it. You. Have. Been. Warned.

Part 1: Imperial Machine Soldiers Ein
Excluding Skiel Ein, these are all exactly as they are in the anime. The Soldiers Ein form the backbone of the deck, working as a team to take down any monster.

LORE: Once per turn, when you would take damage, you can make that damage 0.

NOTES: The weakest of the Soldiers Ein, Skiel Ein has a support role, ensuring your opponent cannot chip away at your Life Points in between replenishing the Soldier arsenal. Also works on Effect Damage.

LORE: Once per turn, when a monster you control battles, you can have that monster inflict Piercing damage for that battle.

NOTES: The beater of the Soldiers Ein. It can grant Piercing to itself as well - which is probably what it'll be doing.

LORE: Once per turn, you can halve the ATK or DEF of 1 monster your opponent controls.

NOTES: The bread and butter of the Soldiers Ein. Were I to actually think about it, I would weaken its effect slightly, but calling it OP'd is a stretch, kids.

Part 2: Imperial Machine Soldiers Zwei
These, the Imperial Machine Knights, and Ein Core are the only genuinely custom cards in this set. The Soldiers Zwei are meant to augment the Soldiers Ein and let them easily upgrade into the Imperial Machine Knights.

LORE: If you control 2 or more "Imperial Machine" or "Machine Emperor" monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. During your opponent's End Phase, inflict 100 damage to your opponent unless they control a Machine-Type monster.

NOTES: All the Soldiers Zwei share exactly the same effect. The 100 damage inflicted would be increased slightly (to 300, probably) were these not fanfic cards. The damage is meant to be a reference back to the 100 damage inflicted by the anime Fortissimo the Moving Fortress - it had the same conditions for inflicting damage as well.

LORE: If you control 2 or more "Imperial Machine" or "Machine Emperor" monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. During your opponent's End Phase, inflict 100 damage to your opponent unless they control a Machine-Type monster.

Part 3: Imperial Machine Knights
The big guns. These are the mainstays of the Imperial Machine army, and they're 100% custom. When making them, I asked myself, "What's the opposite of a Synchro Monster?" The Imperial Machine cards were created as Synchro Killers, after all. And I realized that Fusion Monsters was the answer. Of course, I didn't want to have to wave a dump Poly or whatever around, so I made them Contact Fusions. Strictly speaking, they're not Contact Fusions, since Contacts return to the deck, but the idea is the same.

LORE: "Imperial Machine Soldier Skiel Ein" + 1 Machine-Type monster
This card can only be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck by sending the above cards you control to the Graveyard. This card gains 200 ATK for each "Imperial Machine" and "Machine Emperor" monster you control. Once per turn, when you would take damage, you can make that damage 0. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Imperial Machine Soldier Skiel Ein" from your Graveyard.

NOTES: Each Imperial Machine Knight has 1.5 times the ATK of its corresponding Soldier. The ATK boost comes from the boost of the corresponding Soldier in the OCG - Wisel and Grannel gain 100 ATK for each Imperial Machine, while Skiel gains 200 ATK.

LORE: "Imperial Machine Soldier Wisel Ein" + 1 Machine-Type monster
This card can only be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck by sending the above cards you control to the Graveyard. This card gains 100 ATK for each "Imperial Machine" and "Machine Emperor" monster you control. Once per turn, when a monster you control battles, you can have it inflict Piercing damage for that battle. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Imperial Machine Soldier Wisel Ein" from your Graveyard.

NOTES: Want to know why they have 'X' in their name? Well, Imperial Machine God Dragon Asterisk (who's coming up in a moment), gets its name from the asterisk (*) formed by overlaying the three atom-like Infinity symbols. The Imperial Machine Knights, though, are a combination of two monsters not three. So instead of an Asterisk, it forms an X. Or something.

LORE: "Imperial Machine Soldier Grannel Ein" + 1 Machine-Type monster
This card can only be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck by sending the above cards you control to the Graveyard. This card gains 100 ATK for each "Imperial Machine" and "Machine Emperor" monster you control. Once per turn, you can halve the ATK or DEF of 1 monster your opponent controls. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Imperial Machine Soldier Grannel Ein" from your Graveyard.

Part 4: The Obligatory Dragon - it's 5D's, after all!

LORE: If you control 3 or more "Imperial Machine" or "Machine Emperor" monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. This card gains the ATK and DEF of all Attack Position Machine-Type monsters you control, except "Imperial Machine God Dragon Asterisk". Your opponent cannot attack another Machine-Type monster you control. If this card would be destroyed, you can destroy another Machine-Type monster you control instead. When your opponent Special Summons a Synchro Monster, inflict 1000 damage to them.

NOTES: That's its anime effect, basically verbatim. If I were to make this a real card, I'd drop one of the effects. Anyway, this is the ultimate weapon of the Imperial Machines. If you have out the Imperial Machine Knights, it can be pumped up into a truly giant monster.

Part 5: Spell Support
I also made a revamped version of Fortissimo the Moving Fortress, called - appropriately enough - Pianissimo the Moving Fortress. But I didn't think you could handle its style.

LORE: If this card is destroyed by a card effect, destroy all monsters you control and Special Summon 1 each of "Imperial Machine Soldier Skiel Ein", "Imperial Machine Soldier Wisel Ein", and "Imperial Machine Soldier Grannel Ein" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

NOTES: Meant to mimic the Cores of the Machine Emperors. It's supposed to combo with Pianissimo, but it should work reasonably well without it.

LORE: Return 1 "Imperial Machine" or "Machine Emperor" monster from your Graveyard to your hand. If you control an "Imperial Machine" or "Machine Emperor" monster, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower "Imperial Machine Soldier" monster from your Deck to your hand instead.

NOTES: Wow, the actual Further Movement is unspeakably awful. It's Monster Reincarnation, but only for Meklords, and is slightly worse. Anyway, this baby is a mix-up of Monster Reincarnation and Reinforcement of the Army. Yum.

LORE: Draw 1 card for each "Imperial Machine" or "Machine Emperor" monster you control. If you control a Machine Emperor Part(s), draw 1 more card. You cannot Normal Summon or Set this turn.

NOTES: The "gift" appears to be Wisel's white happy-juice. Oh, and the actual version of Gift is even worse than Further Movement.

Part The Last: Traps

LORE: Activate only while you control an "Imperial Machine" or "Machine Emperor" monster. Destroy 1 card on the field.

NOTES: Learn to play the game. This isn't broken. Were these actually run, the deck might not even use this.

LORE: Change all Defense Position monsters to Attack Position. Special Summon 1 "Imperial Machine" or "Machine Emperor" monster from your Deck and/or Graveyard. The effect(s) of the Special Summoned monster(s) is negated, and the monster(s) is destroyed during the End Phase.

NOTES: I lol'd when Aporia summoned Machinicle Infinity Cubic with this. Anyway, this stuff's epic. Be Aporia and pump up Asterisk with this.
