First off, nobody uses Sakurestu anymore(aside from a reason to run this). Sakuretsu, as it is, is very easily stopped, so this card would be a little hard to hit the field. But the 3K ATK is nice, though. Also, the "pay 800" part of the effect is just random, as more then likely this guy would be destroyed by a card effect, rather then battle.
