It would probably be best to try and level them up in Victory Road and I believe you can't send your team from Platinum to B/W until you beat the Pokemon League and have access to the Lab place. Sasuki, you then use your incredible speed to get through the gab and use a high speed X-scissor (which is supereffective) on Shadow!"
