Indeed, Larvesta is the latest evolution ever, at level 59.

Wait it evolves at lvl 59? Nevermind, then Zweilous evolves at the highest lvl at lvl 64. Which imo is still WAY too high.

Yeah say Smeargle was facing squirtle. Squirtle uses Water Gun. Smeargle then uses Sketch so its learned move becomes Water Gun. The move doesn't have to hit Smeargle. I think I have a Smeargle in fact. I am not going to train it though until I get a slowking.
