You just can't teach any to them during the tournament. You can teach them to it right up until the 25th, but after that you will have to wait until the tournament is over.

Does the TM/HM rule count from now or from when the tournament starts?

Shelgon levels up twice and... evolves into Salamence. My next post will say who goes in front as I cant decide.
