2 Fiend-Type Tuners + 1 or more non-Tuner Fiend-Type Synchro Monster
This cards Summon cannot be negated. This card gains ATK equal to the total ATK of the monsters used to Summon this card. You can remove from play 1 Fiend-Type monster in your Graveyard to increase this cards ATK equal to the total ATK of the removed monster, until the End Phase. This card can attack equal to the number of Spell and Trap Cards your opponent activated during his/her last turn. You can halve your Life Points to negate the effect of 1 monster your opponent control and decrease that monsters ATK to 0, until the End Phase. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. If this card would be selected as an attack target, you can remove from play this card to negate the attack. Each Time time this card is removed from okay, Special Summon it to your side of the field.

It seems a little...overpowered. I would...never allow its use in a duel. It seems to be a bit bothersome to summon, but the effect is a bit too good for nearly any price. Maybe something like, "You lose the duel at the end of the turn in which this card was summoned."

No, you can negate their summons, so they can stay at three.

The "RFP a Fiend" effect is way too vague - the way it's worded right now, you could do that as much as you want, at any point. Limit that to an effect like Gae Bulg, which is once per turn, when it is attacking or being attacked. This card would also be more balanced if there was a cost to attack with it, such as Machina Force - maybe pay 1000 life points to attack? I like the idea and I can see how it might be bothersome to get out, but there would immediately be deck builds around it. As long as it can still be BoM'd, it won't be forbidden, but it seems a touch broken at this point.

Whats the point of removing it from play to negate an attack then? It will literally just snap back onto the field, you dont even wait a phase.

This phrase from you does not make sense, and the only Synchro like this that's "hard" to beat is Red Nova (Shooting Star is just useful) but you can still you know... Remove it from the field. Stuff like Dimensional Prison, which is commonly run etc can easily get over most protection effects.

That line needs to get off the card, now. Halving Life Points and reducing stats of a monster its going to battle to 0 while working with a walking OTK is not a cost, it's a freaking win condition.

I know what you were trying to attempt. But you have to make up your mind, either have this card as a Control Card or an OTK. You can not have both at all. (I'm iffy on the balance of Quasar, but that card hasn't hurt me as much as it looks in duels and requires a pretty dedicated if fragile deck to run). So what are you gonna do, make it into a Control Card by keeping its healthy ATK up and make your opponent think about what cards to play. Or are you gonna just say "I summoned this card, you kinda just lost"? The latter of which is not good at all.
