Ieyasu Tokugawa Posted April 3, 2011 Report Share Posted April 3, 2011 I don't see why it wouldn't work. It's sent to the Graveyard, it gets its effect. The question is, does this deserve to be at 1? Canadian Posted April 3, 2011 Report Share Posted April 3, 2011 Until we get something like this, this won't have much of an impact: Exceed Tuning Normal Spell lore: Send one overlaid monster you control to the Graveyard and select a monster. The selected monster is treated as a Tuner while face-up on the field. Mainly because we don't have a method of dumping overlaids yet, especially for rank 3s.
