DARKPLANT RISING
2 Level 3 monsters Once per turn, you can remove 1 of this card's Exceed Material Monsters to inflict 100 damage to your opponent for each of your removed from play monsters. My powers of destiny are at their highest. I pressed Random Page and got this straight. What, best part? Of course it's the fact the most badass character in ZeXal so far uses it.
CDDRodrigo
Heh. Worst Exceed so far. It's only good part is what you mentioned already.
Anbu-of-Sand
inb4somecrappyselfmacromill. Make that 100 to a 500+ and it's 'meh'. Make it 1000+ then I like it.
White Void
I read somewhere that the actual translation of this was "100 for each removed from play CARD." I'm tempted to believe/hope that is the real effect as that at least could be used in some strange D.D. Dynamite deck. If it really is 100 for each of YOUR monsters only, it's horribad to the nth degree.
Toffee.
Shark-dude summons Aero Shark -> It deals 800 damage -> Yuma drops to 100 -> typical anime moment.

King of Nothing
The first problem is that he has a once per turn ability. The second problem is that its a low amount of damage. So, random thing here, are level 3 exceeds the weakest because level 3s are the easiest to swarm, or is it something else?
wiithepeople
Macro Shark ftw. Now all we need to do is find a way to fit it in.
i find Rank 4 exceeds the easier to play plus they have better abilities, but than again depends on deck as i play gishki which all but 6 of my monsters are lv4 xD OT: if the burn was x200 or x300 it would be better but as it is D.D. Dynamite > This though i guess the fact it can attack helps alittle but not much
wiithepeople
After his materials run out, use RFDD to bring in more Lv. 3s and exceed for more Aero Shark lols
ascriptmaster
Only works in Macro, otherwise I'd stick with the Gurensaurus with 100 more ATK and 1000 constant damage when it destroys monsters by battle. And even that isn't the best in the world.
