OCG fix:
"Dragon Synchron" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, increase the ATK of all Dragon-Type monsters by 500. Whilst you control a Dragon-Type monster except "SeyrMurh-Queen of Dragons", your opponent cannot select another monster as an attack target.

Overall, a fairly balanced card with a nice, if quite basic, effect. Possibly increase the ATK of all other dragons to prevent this card from being an instant level 7 3000 ATK beatstick, but apart from that I can't see any problems. 7.9/10

nice, jumps to 3000 right off the bat.

Personally though I'd have made this lv8 if you're going to do that, 3000 is a bit too high for lv7

8/10

agreed but also keep in mind that the great maju garzett is a level six monster andits attack gets doubled from which ever card you sacrifice. you could have a level six monster with 3000-5000 points for only one sacrifice. thanks though for the comments. i have alot of other cards i made if your interested in anything particular.

OCG shortening:
All Dragon-Type monsters on the field gain 500 ATK. Your opponent cannot select another Dragon-Type monster you control as an attack target.

Comment: I don't know how easy is to Summon this card because I don't know "Dragon Synchron" and thus I ignore if the latter has any Summoning Condition that may make the Synchro Summon of this card either easier or harder.
Her last effect reminds me to "King Dragun", and I don't know if it's a coincidence, but both would work very well in combination: the Queen prevents attacks while the King prevents effects.

As ragnarok mentioned, this card's ATK turns into 3000, but I don't think this makes her overpowered: Dragon Synchros tend to be overpowered anyways, plus this card already has the requirement of an specific Tuner, which can be considered a drawback.

There, I fixed the oCg, the picture is nice. And, I'll give it 9/10

You do realise that I had already fixed the OCG several days ago, and that your OCG fix was exactly the same as mine?

Anyway, about the synchron, its level makes SeyrMurh more balanced in my opinion because of the summoning difficulty, although I have just realised that seyrmurh might be a slightly OPed quickdraw-dandywarrior deck as it could be summoned extremely easily with quickdraw synchron and dandylion tokens, or quickdraw and quillbolt. To stop this you could specify that the non-tuner be a dragon, but it's up to you. The synchron is a bit underpowered to be honest. Overall, I'd give it a 7/10 because it is quite a basic card and difficult to play, but it does balance out seyrmuhr's power a bit.

Now that I read "Dragon Synchron", the Dragon Queen just became bad and a bit difficult to Summon: The high Level of the Tuner forces you to use a Level 2 monster for the Synchro Summon, and there are not many good Level 2 Dragons available (the only one I can think of is "Dread Dragon", which happens to be a Tuner so you can't use it of the Queen). Your only decent options would be "Troop Dragon", "Decoy Dragon" or "Totem Dragon", and while the first two are simply a waste of Deck space, the latter can be actually helpful you if you are running "Light and Darkness Dragon" or if you focus on Tribute Summons.

Also, since the Synchron is a Level 5, it means you would have to Tribute a monster to Normal Summon it, or Special Summon it with "Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon", but since Red-Eyes will most likely have way better targets than an specific Tuner with no effect, I doubt players would choose to Summon "Dragon Synchron" at all.
