[/quote] The penguins are monarchs, on crack. while you stall for Emperor, you can just play Nightmare/Flying, synch for Librarian+Formula, and then you have C4 at your disposal. [/quote] It is now and I'd Tech 1 or 2 Soldier But the Extra deck is going to be Uber Cramped... because I personally feel some Rank4 Exceeds could do wonders... but that might just be me... Wait for your opponent to over-extend or play stupid s*** like this. Summon Black Rose Dragon during their turn.
