Marisa Kirisame-ze
Take a lot of time and practice, as well as tons of constant improvements, etc. Just keep at what you're trying to do, look at resource images, try copying a few drawings here and there yourself, etc etc. There's a ton of methods of getting better at drawing, and I also recommend looking around deviantART for tutorials and tips. xavierthe9
What I do when I start drawing is make a very basic sketchy, stick-figurish-like outline of what I am going to draw. I am an OK drawer, but i need a lot of practice if I am going to be as good as those anime drawers.
Nebula
Here's something that just might help: Watch Anime. A lot. Focus on their drawing techniques, and certain details. Also, the finished result should probably be inked in, and not sketchy. And maybe colored in with a computer.
.Corgi
Just paint a f***ing lot til your images are awsome. Training is the only thing that helps.
