-Lightray Daedalus- Posted April 16, 2011 Report Share Posted April 16, 2011 Well Rituals are the one type that are not pure Effect or Normal monsters that take up 2 cards slots in the Main Deck while Fusion, Synchros and Exceeds all rest outside your main in the Extra Deck... So How will it be if Rituals were also places in the Extra...Of course Ritual Spells would be a little more retricted to avoid genericness in some cases... =3 Discuss that and Rituals in general if you want...XD Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Basicly this is equal at how we discussed and make theories on Exceed prior their formal introduction to the Game...or something like that. Bahamut - Envoy of the End Posted April 16, 2011 Report Share Posted April 16, 2011 In the YGO anime Duel Kingdom, didn't Yugi's/Pegasus' Ritual monsters exist in an Extra Deck? It seemed like it at the time as the characters took great emphasis on drawing the spell, yet the monster card seemed to have appeared from nowhere. Of course in that anime almost none of the regular rules of duel monsters seemed to ever apply, but you know, just saying. Demise would become a staple alongside Black Rose Dragon and get re-restricted, maybe Northwemko as well for some, but other than that doubt much would be different. [/quote] Sonic Bird and Manju searches Spells? Also, I'm surprised nobody mentioned Gishki/Ritua, lol, they're one of my fav archetypes just for the art. Darj Posted April 16, 2011 Report Share Posted April 16, 2011 Maybe I will be going a bit off-topic with this comment, but I think it would be more suitable if Ritual Spells could Ritual Summon the monsters from the [b]Deck[/b]. That way Ritual Monster searchers would be still usable, but not recommended as you will barely need a Ritual Monster in hand, unless you discard it for "Trade-In" or for a Ritual Summon.
