They nerfed a card which didn't give a boost to the Deck... though its an incredible card But I guess I get your point... I don't want to lose my Common Solemn Judgements though... They simply didn't release the Structure Deck. They just released the new cards as Secret Rares in the next pack. That's why the TCG doesn't use stuff like SD18 and suck anymore - they skipped 2 - so they started using card codes like SDMM. And the contents usually DO get changed a lot.
