Machine/Synchro/Effect
1 Tuner Synchro Monster + 1 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters
When this card is targeted by the effect of an opponent's activated Spell/Trap Card, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to negate the effect. Once during each of your opponent's turns, you can remove from play 1 "T.G." monster from your Graveyard, to remove this face-up card from play. During the next Standby Phase, Special Summon this card that was removed from play by this effect.

I really hope to see a lol Synchro with someone using Life Stream and Dragonfly to make this. Anyways, I love its first effect. It avoids Brionac, D-Prison, No. 39 (lol, yes), but it's sad that its second effect isn't generic, but with Hyper Librarian, it would probably be used. Discuss generic Accel Synchro.

Based on the requirements, you're far more likely to use Shooting Star.

It needs a Synchro Tuner. You could use Formula + any level 8, but in that case, that level 8 could be Stardust and the result could be Shooting Star Dragon.

Or you could use the level 5 TG Wonder Magician + a level 5, but Wonder Magician needs a Tech Genus non-Tuner, so you need to be running Tech Genus ALREADY.

Or you could use LifeStream Dragon + Recipro. That is so conditional it's not worth it.

Lastly, you could use Armory Arm with Lightwave Tuning + level 6.

Now, the effect isn't that bad at all. But again, it's also not really worth it.

3300 ATK is good (same as SSD). However, it has the following flaws:

- Can only be removed from the field by RFGing a Tech Genus from the Grave.
- Can only negate targeting Effect Monster effects, but requires a discard, and does not destroy the monster. Brionac can burn cards in hand to force you to either lose this, or lose cards in hand yourself.
- Can only remove itself on the opponent's turn, and has no real protection against S/Ts.

Therefore, I feel the effort isn't worth it, especially not the space in the Extra Deck.

I just reread its effect. It doesn't stop Effect Monsters, just Spell/Traps, so it lost to Effect Veiler. *sad face is sad.*
