BRD ruins the lives of many and it is just a cruel card to use... I know a good number of people who want to see IT on the banlist with DSF and Goyo... And no, Starlight Road kinda sucks. No one I know runs it unless they know theyre going against someone who has field nuking. At locals, people just build decks they know win I.E. Six Sams, GKs, Dark Room Burn, and DD/Chaos removal decks, and then spam them like no other and top while crushing anyone who is Anti-meta. I'd perfer a simple, "Activate only when Black Rose Dragon is summoned. Negate BRD's nuking effect." but prettier and with nice artwork... "Starlight Road kinda sucks"? It has fallen out of favor since Heavy Storm got banned, but it's still a good card. I'm going to assume you're a troll now. You think a card that ONLY works against Black Rose Dragon's nuking effect and nothing else would be a good card, but Starlight Road, which would do the same thing, but also destroy BRD, Summon a Stardust Dragon, and also work against other multiple destruction effects is bad? It can get rid of a useless used Spore or Glow-Up and win a duel, but the truth is that everyone cares more about the first effect. Gawd, just saying that makes me wanna make an 18+ fanfic (but no one is gonna read it of course) where Akiza goes all *@#& and using her Black Rose to $!@# using its tentacles on Effect Veiler to completely R$&% Yusei, because Yusei was too @#&&& to realize he put Effect Veiler in Defense, and then $%!$!&*%!$% All over the field, and then... Well that's all I got. OT: I love how nobody said Debris+Dandy Field Nuke yet. Also, about Black Rose, it would be so much more awesome if it could use its second effect on Attack Position monsters. In the anime, originally Junk Synchron didnt revive a level 2, Red Dragon didnt kill monsters that didn't attack, etc. Blackfeather Dragon is the most blatant anime effect change, from the "lose ATK equal to the damage you'd have taken" to the "Blackfeather Counters" method. Conveniently, they changed it in time for Crow to be left with 50 LP because Blackfeather lowered its ATK by 700 instead of 800 due to the effect change.
