Icecubezz
This card can only be activated during your opponent's turn when your Life Points are 100 or less. Select 1 monster on your side of the field and send all other cards expect Monster Cards on the field and in their respective owner's hands to their respective Graveyards. After that, your opponent selects 1 monster from their Monster Card Zone in face-up Attack Position and attacks your selected monster. (Any Battle Damage from this battle is treated as 0.) The player whose monster remains alone on the field at the End Phase of this turn wins the Duel. Any other case results in a DRAW.

The existed card is Last Turn. The difference is the opponent can selects 1 monster from their Monster Card Zone in face-up Attack Position and attacks your selected monster. It is not overpowered card due to the similar effect from Last Turn.

MibeR
How is it have nearly 0% playability due the effect?
it can't be play in generic because of this "This card can only be activated during your opponent's turn when your Life Points are 100 or less" The conditions that THE made is acceptable and maybe it's an option. We must have against the wall and this card, though

By the way, this is a limited card and not the forbidden card. I think it is the trap card end the duel automatically due the effect. It is 50% (fifty percent) to win the duel or the match because the effect. For example, The Opponent has the advantage after you selected the monster card. After you selected the monster card, it is opponent's turn to selects 1 monster from their Monster Card Zone in face-up Attack Position and attacks your selected monster. It is win win solution for the opponent due the effect. Like the Last Turn will end the duel automatically due the Last Turn Effect. It is 90% (ninety percent) to win the duel or the match because the Last Turn effect.
Kato_Zenamara
So the only difference between this and Last Turn is that your opponent selects a card they already control? Have you notced that Last Turn is forbidden? Now, how much sense does it make to make a card with the exact same effect as a forbidden card, except with more of a restriction on your opponent? None, thats how much. Honestly, there isn't even enough of a difference between this and "Last Turn" to consider it an original effect, and I'm rather confident that carbon-copy cards are either against the rules or extremely looked down upon. Additionally, the name is a bit ridiculous.

It is a balanced card. Therefore, it should be a limited card. This card is better than Last Turn because "Stop the Opponent's Turn & End the Duel Now!" effect. Ieyasu Tokugawa
It's balanced because it's not a guaranteed insta-win. Sadly the restrictions make it unplayable.

Ieyasu Tokugawa
Not many good cards reduce your LP to 100 :/ If your LP is greater than 100, this is just a dead draw.

Garthfunkle Vii Backwards
(by the way you might wanna change the name of your card make it a little shorter or etc.) use a combo of Stop the Opponent's Turn & End the Duel Now! and Surprising Life Experience
Surprising Life Experience effect You can only activate this card when there monsters on your Opponent's side of the Field and you have 1000 or less Life Points. you lose Life Points until you only have 100 Life Points left then your Opponernt lose Life Points equal to the Life Points you lose x 2 then both players draw 2 cards. Sander
BUMP
There's no reason to bump this thread, because the card IS unplayable because of the LP restriction. The LP restriction makes this card into a dead draw. The fact is that you won't be sitting on 100 or less LP if you're going against good players.
