~NOiSE~
Alright, maybe I'm just ranting because I'm annoyed at certain people, but this girl I know has the worst mood changes ever, and lets the smallest thing get under her skin when she's a little down. She lets herself get really pissed off and proceeds to take it out on me and I get some degree of the blame. I don't put up with it, which makes her even more angry, since she'd much rather hear me say I'm sorry or something. She's a good friend when she's not being crazy, but sometimes her negativity really irks me, especially since she has way more going for her than she likes to admit when she gets in these moods. Discuss negativity and why you think it's annoying or otherwise.
Sprite3G
lol I know people like that. They always make a big deal out of small stuff. I think it's really annoying and deep inside I'm like "Burn in hell" or something, especially if it's a schoolmate. X((
Tourmaline
I am introverted, apathetic and pessimistic, so I'm not the sort who should go against negativity. Well, I'm classifying myself. People are usually negative in cases of confusion and low confidence. At times, one shall assume it is natural. I agree with the previous statement. People are also negative because they've experienced betrayal and disappointment in people so far. No?
Yang Xiao-Long
Just give the girl a half cup of water and tell her it's half full. I don't like negativity, but I tend to do it myself every now and then. It gets annoying because it keeps me from enjoying things in life.
Marisa Kirisame-ze
I find it frustrating. I'm quite the positive person because thinking negatively, to me, is just someone's immediate downfall. I'm not the type who likes falling low, degrading what I'm doing, or anything of the sort; so there we go, I tell myself to keep my head up high and strive with hope. I love seeing the positive in everything. I wish my friends could do the same, and maybe they'd smile a lot more.
Sunshine Jesse
If you take the square root of a negative person, is that where imaginary friends come from?
Frunk
I don't allow myself to associate with negative people. Negativity breeds negativity, and I don't need that in my life. Generally, negative people need to pick themselves up and stop being losers.
Xazeon
Most of the negative people I know are just fishing for compliments on there Facebook pictures. "ooh, I'm so ugly " or, "ooh, I'm fat! " And if somehow the person I'm talking to brings up how ugly they are, or how messed up their life is, I just agree with them and get them to stfu. I like to think of myself as a positive person, but sometimes other's negativity brings me down as well.
DARKPLANT RISING
When I find a mistake I made, for instance with card rulings, I sometimes say "I'm so genius". That means I'm positive, right?
Mehmani
I have a friend who matches that description exactly. She kicked me in the testicles for not agreeing that Paul Gray of Slipknot was the world's best bassist (I said it was Charles Mingus). She got away with it because she has problems. Twig
I have a good friend who gets angry easily. A lesson I luckily learned before it was too late was that when she's having a bad day, just stay away. We still love her though <
WTFauKorean
I'm a realist with the secret to happiness so that makes me positive, but realistic about it I'm never mad I've never made enemies with anyone in my life negative people make me laugh and some how I'm able to make them laugh to like this Korean dude I know who's really pessimistic, but he's a cool guy really funny, I crack a joke about him being a total prick and he laughs
Qu@ke
I've started walking away from people like that then coming back to them later after their negative mood has subsided; no sense of trying to talk to someone who doesn't wanna listen.
