Don't like it, I tried it and it's a -1 most of the time cos I always end up adding Mezuki and stuff to hand via Goblin then subsequently discarding them. Plus I run a whole bunch of mill stuff too.

I don't run zombies but does all of the single cards lower consistency?

Nah they're good. Most of the singles are either so because they're limited to 1 or any more than 1 would be dead (Hamster for example). Again, you run the Zombie stuff at 1 bar Goblin (Mezuki and Plague obviously because they're limited) but it doesn't matter because you can search them out.

Zombie Master needs to be @ 3 :/

No it doesn't, study some of the more successful Zombie decks of the past; none of them ever run Zombie Master at 3. He is awful early game before you have set up, multiple copies clog the hand and most of your revival comes from Book/Mezuki. He's still essential, but so easy to search that only 1 is needed. You just don't fling it at your opponent to make the plays unless you have a clear shot, or backup options.
