Official YCM League Teams[/b][/size][/font] [font="Century Gothic"][b]1a. Creating a team[/b][/font] - The requirements for making a team are: -- A valid, unused name -- A group of four or more members to participate (including yourself) -- A team captain -- Agreement from all members that they're in the team -- Approval from me or a member of the War Council if we ever get it - Once you create a team, it's suggested that you create a thread or something or add something to your signature to designate what team you're on, but that's preference -- If you do make a thread, make it in the clubs section and add [YDL] to the beginning of the title [font="Century Gothic"][b]1b. Activity[/b][/font] - If the captain of a team goes unactive without notice, it is up to the members to decide who becomes the new captain. If the captain leaves with notice, they have to choose another member to be captain before they leave - If a team is inactive for a long period of time, they'll be considered dead and removed from the active list of teams - If a team is inactive for a week during a war, the other team can call for an inactive win, depending on my view of the situation [b][font="Century Gothic"]1c. Team Hopping[/font][/b] - A member of a team has the option to hop to another team if they'd like, but they have to declare that they're leaving their current team to do so - You can only switch teams every two weeks - You can't switch teams during a war ------------------------------------------ [size="5"][font="Century Gothic"][b]2. YCM League Wars[/b][/font][/size] [b][font="Century Gothic"]2a. Starting a war[/font][/b] - Starting a war requires agreement between both captains of each team. They're allowed to set the rules to whatever they want to, as long as they both agree on it. Once the rules are set, one of them makes a thread. Default dueling medium is Dueling Network, but captains are allowed to play over whatever they want, but once again, only if both agree [b][font="Century Gothic"]2b. Customary Types of War[/font][/b] - Crossfire -- Both teams decide on a lineup of equal amounts of players and use them for the game. Team members play other team members, and when you lose you're eliminated. First team to lose all members loses - Heart Points -- Lineups are decided once again. Both captains decide on an amount of heart points. Team members play matches, and whenever a team member loses, their team loses a point. First team to lose all their heart points loses - These are not required. If both captains agree, you are free to use whatever type of war you want [b][font="Century Gothic"]2c. Substitutions[/font][/b] - Captains can decide if they want substitutions in the lineup during wars before the war starts, although if there's no disagreement, default is any substitution is allowed [b][font="Century Gothic"]2d. Disputes[/font][/b] - If you have a ruling dispute, check the Q&A section, or check with me if you need fast results. Catterjune Posted June 6, 2011 Report Share Posted June 6, 2011 On a completely unrelated note, I'm not so sure how appropriate the topic would be for TCG (and before you ask, not sure how Sephiroth the Legend feels about it either so don't go exporting it to Your Deck). It'd probably work best in Clubs or something (but lolClubs) so IDK. In any case I won't put up any resistance if the majority of the TCG section thinks it's fine here though.
