There's a few templates in the graphics tutorial section, I don't know about their GIMP compatibility, but the poster's of the templates I'm sure will be more than willing to answer your questions. You might actually actually find some GIMP users on the forum searching through this section, I'm sure alot of them wouldn't mind assisting with leading you in the right direction. For Booster Packs, there are none that are compatible with GIMP because of the font.Judas's is the best thing to make dark synchros and exceed which can can found on the first page of this section.
