IMO Gearfried the Iron Knight is my favorite card so i made a few support cards for it.

When this card is Normal Summoned, add one "Gearfried the Iron Knight" or "Release Restraint" from your Deck to your hand. This card's name is treated as "Gearfried the Iron Knight" while Face-Up on the field.

You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you control a Face-Up "Gearfried the Iron Knight" monster. You can only control one "Gearfried the Paladin".

If you have exactly two "Gearfried" monsters in your Graveyard, you can Normal Summon this card with one tribute. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can remove from play any amount of Warrior-Type monsters from your graveyard. For each one removed, your opponent selects a monster they control and changes it to Attack Position. (If it is in Face-Down Defense Position, flip it Face-Up). Those monsters cannot change their Battle Positions, and your opponent must attack with them during his/her next Battle Phase.

When this card is Summoned, select one "Gearfried" monster in your Graveyard and equip it to this card. This card's ATK becomes equal to the ATK of that monster-300. Also, if this card is equipped with "Gearfried the Swordmaster", you can send this card to the Graveyard to destroy all monsters your opponent controls.

Special Summon one "Gearfried the Iron Knight" from your Graveyard or Deck. It cannot attack this turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard during your opponent's turn, return it to your hand.

Gearfried the Fierceless is overpowered. Firstly you wouldn't add Gearfried the Iron Knight when it's treated as it and secondly it is an instant Swordmaster. Balance it out.

Paladin is fine, but it should be destoyed if you don't have Iron Knight to balance it out.

I really like the Commander!

Zombie is slightly overpowered. Destroy only face-ups.

Legendary Gladius is meh.

Gearfried the Fierceless would be OP if Gearfried the Swordmaster was stronger, but it's just a 2600 with an OK effect. Legendary Gladius is a free monster for a Synchro or Xyz Summon. This set would be really good if you changed Zombie Gearfried's last effect to "destroy 2 cards your opponent controls", and by really good, I don't mean overpowered.

... Gearfried the Fierceless is fine...
... Gearfried the Paladin is fine also... nothing broken or even near over powering so far...
i have my doubts about Commander Gearfried... ... his effect will be limited or more like he himself wont be as useful towards near the middle to the end of game... since he'll be a 2 tribute monster with 2500ATK and no way to really defend himself since he can't be 1 Tribute anymore once you have more than 2 Gearfrieds in your graveyard... unlike cheap/OP cards like Stardust Dragon... but lets not go there (and your card doesn't need to be compared to a card like that)...
... if you dont mind me stating my opinion... i'd like to show you what i would do to revamp Commander Gearfried:
Commander Gearfried --- Lv8 Warrior / Earth / Effect Monster --- 2500ATK/2000DEF (everything stayed the same)
This card can be Normal Summoned or Set with 1 Tribute. If this card is Normal Summon with 2 Tribute, you can remove from play up to 5 Warrior-Type monsters from your Graveyard to select monsters on your opponents side of the field equal to the amount of cards you removed. All selected monsters change their Battle Positions (If the monster is face down, flip it face up) and its position cannot be changed until the end of your next turn.

I kept the same kind of idea but i made it to where you have more control of Commander Gearfried's effect than to let your opponent choose and have a chance to destroy Gearfried on their next turn and like i dont know... attack directly cuz they have to... o_O ... ... and then i allowed your card to be summoned with only 1 tribute but then he would simply just be a Normal monster with no effect... ... i wanted to try something else but i didn't want the card to fall under OP... let alone broken...
... Zombie Gearfriend is pretty tight... ... but i kinda do agree with Kyng of Ice on the destroy only face up monsters so this way he wont be too strong for a Lv3 monster...
... i say let your Gearfried the Iron Knight attack the turn it was special summoned by your Legendary Gladius card haha...

Gearfried the Fierceless = 4/5
Gearfried the Paladin = 5/5
Commander Gearfried = 3.5/5
Legendary Gladius = 3/5

... but dang... nice set of cards for Gearfried the Iron Knight...
Overall Rating: 9/10

... i'm gonna take your idea for another card if you dont mind...

I don't see why Paladin should have that effect, I mean Grandmaster of the Six Samurai can be summoned with a similar effect and it even lets to add it back to the hand when it is destroyed by a card effect.

And Six Samurai cards are the most OP cards in the Yu-Gi-Oh Universe. (Second is Infernalties).

Commander Gearfried has a nice effect. I think that it's effect should let you SS it when you have 2 "Gearfried" Monsters instead of just NS it.
If this card is sent to the Graveyard during your opponent's turn, return it to your hand.
I REALLY don't like this part of the card effect for your Gladius. It would imply that this card has an additional effect when you use it during your opponent's turn, but the only spells you can use during your opponent's turn are Set Quick-Plays. And this card isn't Quick-Play. Therein lies the problem.

Breakdown:

4/10 - Concept and originality (Only because yo based it off of a real-life card)
8/10 - OCG
8/10 - Artwork

Total: 6.66/10 (Good)
