When this card is Fusion Summoned: banish all Fusion Material Monsters used for Fusion Summon this card to reduce this card's ATK equal to the half of the combined ATK of all banished monsters. Once per turn: You can add 1 "HERO" Trap Card from your Graveyard to your hand; reduce this card's ATK by 500 points. Whenever this card's ATK become 0: You can destroy cards on the field up to the number of cards in your hand; your opponent takes 500 damage for each card destroyed. You can only activate this effect once per duel. This card cannot be destroyed by battle if its ATK is 1000 or less (Damage Calculation is applied normally). Whenever you Summon "HERO" monster while this card's ATK is 0: Target that monster; increase the ATK of this card equal to the targeted monster's ATK +300 (permanently). [/i][/center]

Well, all right.

Destiny HERO Inferno Blaster's first effect can be activated when Set, which makes no sense but doesn't really add or detract from it. Grabbing Clock Tower Prison isn't really necessary when you have a 2900 out, but it creates hand advantage, I suppose. It would cost 2 Tributes, so it's probably not worth it.

This card is a valid target for Destiny Draw and Trade-In, common cards in Destiny Hero Decks. Its FIRE Attribute is a small hindrance.

This is a Normal Summon Monster with 2900 ATK and an effect that does 2400 damage if you kill Stardust, 1200 damage if you kill Kizan, etc. It can be Summoned by D - Spirit, Dreadmaster, Dasher, and Fear Monger. Dreadmaster is very slow; that's not broken. D - Spirit requires it to be in the hand; that's not broken either. Dasher is dependent on you drawing Inferno Blaster; that's certainly not broken. Fear Monger is the strongest option. Since this is a Normal Summon monster, it can be dumped with Trade-In and revived with Fear Monger, Lord-Poison-style, which is cool but not obscene.

Its ATK is unprecedented in height. Most Destiny Heroes with that much ATK require significant set-up (three Tributes, eight turns on Clock Tower Prison, etc.). Dasher has 2100 ATK and it changes itself to Defense Position. However, I do not believe that Yu-Gi-Oh! tiers should be preserved. This card is not as fast as the current Meta. I can safely say that it is not broken.
