Northern Sage
So this card basically blocks itself off from special summoning from the grave or if you happen to have another copy of it (in the graveyard). Also, I think it's kinda important to explain how the XYZ summon would work with banished monsters. You know, in the card lore.
Synchronized
I think it looks extremely realistic which is a plus, but I don't exactly understand how the effect works.

[/quote] I figured it would be pretty obvious that the monsters are simply placed as underlays from the banished zone underneath the monster. I had the summoning clause, because otherwise, it's way too easy to just get a free +1. Northern Sage
Wait... This means that as long as the card is in the graveyard, it cannot be summoned at all. Uh, that actually makes it a bit underpowered.
Synchronized
If the Xyz materials are removed from play, how exactly do you underlay them to Summon the monster? Wouldn't that involve bringing them back to the field?
This Account is Unplayable
Overlay units are never treated as being on the field... so I wouldn't think there'd be any problems. Also, like I said, I wouldn't want a player abusing 3 of these. A new one each time one dies.
Sleepy
This card Banished Sharks absolutely NEED! Banished Fishies I've seen so far form a strategy full of delayed returns (for the cards that actually return) and minuses in advantage. This card I thought was an overpowered idea at first because of that "get from banished Zone materials" thing, but thinking it a moment I changed my mind. A Deck actually needs more set-up for this kind of card than for most regular Xyz monsters. Also, the Deck it is meant for is full of self-banishing Level 3 monsters. Its just perfect to recover the lost advantage plus being a Dark Armed Dragon-like effect. Too bad you can't get another copy of this unless you banish or return to the Extra Deck the other copy first. I'd probably run it at 2 because 3 wouldn't probably be very likely to happen but 2 is possible to do in 1 turn. I'd say brilliant and thumps up~ Pic got my attention in the card, although its more of a whale than a shark to me.
