Its almost only ever used when you have 1 or None on your field and your opponent has numerous or few rather strong monsters... its basically the same as Raigeki in the way its used... great card though (Duh) Its fine where it is, more would be stupid, none would be horrible... If you use this with a field of your monsters... you're really... not smart and the opponent will almost always have cards to counter what you do... its part of the stradegy... I actually find this more useful then Heavy Storm because back when we had heavy I always used it with Starlight Road to pull out a stardust. Ya I was a newb.
