burnpsy
Allure of Darkness.
Meh. Japan got that right after the list that followed, which put it back to 3. It was only put back on the list that came out AFTER Japan got it. Also, that seems to have been an emergency semi-limit, being in May, which they don't do anymore since it's rather unfair to people who actually own the card. OCG rules the list. Any changes the TCG makes on its own won't last.

You got to love how Tengu is easily spammed by pretty much anything
Only Jurrac Velo can permantly take care of Tengu thought...your opponent know who is and he will prison it...D:
evilfusion
Imagine if this thing was a Winged-Beast... It's an awesomely good card, but it's way too splashable. It's a mini-beatstick that replaces itself no matter how it dies (I was surprised that flipped it down and killing it won't trigger its effect). Plants and Scraps use it with laughable ease and just make it so ridiculously powerful, with Tuners like Glow-Up and Spore, or just the spamability of Scrap Tuners. However, this means that it's still immune to being hit until March 2013.

Lonk
Though it's because of Velo that Jurracs have a great match-up against Tengu-related decks and Guaiba makes Jurracs have a great match-up against Plants (Which Tengu is commonly used in).
