My opponent thought he could use King of the Swamp for Rainbow Neos. Of course, I think he looked it up, realized he severely misplayed and gave the game to me on Rated. This Account is Unplayable Posted July 11, 2011 Report Share Posted July 11, 2011 Somehow I keep dueling people with MysticPiper.dek. Worst I've actually played so far today was someone who thought Power Tool C&D negated Lightning Tricorn's effect to SS Voltic Bicorn after it was destroyed, annoying part was he was adamant that it negated it before I explained it in further detail than necessary. Otherwise, as I've stated before, I very rarely actually manage to duel idiots. And if anything I've found there's even less idiots on Unrated. He doesn't understand. Opponent admits defeat.Duel 2: Opponent quits before starting the duel.Duel 3 (turn 4): Opponent quits because I tribute his 2 Shi-Ens for Lava Golem and activate Owner's Seal. In my first ranked duel my opponent tried to use Monster Reborn on the Chaos Sorcerer I milled, and then tried to use United We Stand to increase the defense of his/her face-down monster. In my first ranked duel my opponent tried to use Monster Reborn on the Chaos Sorcerer I milled, and then tried to use United We Stand to increase the defense of his/her face-down monster. evilfusion Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 Wow, now I just had about a 10 minute argument about how Honest works. Neos Alius attacks Lyla. I discard Honest in the damage step. He says he waits until mine resolves to use his. After looking up various rulings and definitions, we still can't reach an agreement. At one point he argues that not chaining to an effect means it's not a chain (Damage Calc has only 1 chain opportunity). His last statement was "I activate Honest in substep 5", to which I just say I have no clue what that means. I remember some time in locals where a certified judge said this, and basically said the same thing your opponent did. And everyone always ask what a Billy Deck was. But I did take down Shi En with Cold Enchanter.....I felt like that was kind of off-topic. Some one tried to Black Horn of Heaven on G-K Fusion when the monster was Fusion Summoned. Then I had to explain that it only works on stuff like Synchro Summons, or Summons like Cyber Dragon. Luckily, he/she understood right away, and asked why not run Warning over it, and then replied with "Didn't want to pay lp cost". People need to learn that LP is unimportant nowadays.
