Dual a person today who I was trying to be fair in Advanced Rated.

I win the RPS and choose 2nd.

He does some stuff & ends.

I use Lightning to blow his face down monster and discard Grapha and blow up his other face down. Then I Normal Summon Beige and Pull it back for Grapha and do a direct attack and end.

His turn, he sets a monster again another face-down s/t and messenger of peace. He pays 100 and I proceed to tell him you don't pay the cost for it the turn you play it. He says he can and I say you cant.

He then A.S.S.'s me.

I annoyed ask why and he leaves.

I realize that it was only 100 points but still, I try to play as fairly as possible.

Unless he had a combo based on his LP, I think it was a misunderstanding, that he thought you were telling him he can;t APPLY Messenger the turn he plays it.

I go first. I play Karakuri Anatomy. Opponent quits. GEE I WONDER WHY. (Kuris are pro, that's why) If you don't want to face a powerful deck then say so on your note.

I play a guy wanting a fun duel. I summon Ninishi, then something else, he says "That deck isn't fun" and quits. To be fair, this was before I knew kuris were pro.

And I faced a guy who didn't know damage step rulings, I attacked his GK recruiter with Kuri Strategist mdl whatever "whatsisface", I said "damage step" then activated Runaway Karakuri. Dp right in my face. I said he couldn't do that, we did a little back'n'forth, I decided to do an instant replay and walk us both through it step by step. I redid the attack and he activated dp, I asked why, he said "to rfp ur monster", and completely missed the point of the redo.

You're an idiot. That was a joke. Nauske is good with rulings and I generally prefer him over the other mods if he's online. He's also a troll which explains your hing.

I looked up hing And I got some sort of spice. Huh?

But Yeah, I knew he was trolling and he's usually good n stuff, but he was persistent about it, and like 3 other people agreed with him. It's fine 1-2 times, but 6+ times is rather irritating.

Ever heard of "Giving your opponent time to respond"?

Another person failing to understand Celri, but this one, from what little he said before quitting (and the fact that he didn't discard anything), seemed to think he decided what card I discarded.

At first he seemed to think I'd used Gate's effect twice (and thus needed to remove another fiend for it), until I got through to him that I discarded Goldd through Celri. He also seemed rather surprised that I drew in my own Draw Phase.

This dude quit on me. He activated magic cylinder and was focused on my monsters effect and not the equip spells. He kept saying that I need to take damage when I had Vylon Filament. He just didn't want to listen.

I just gotta ask..how did u summon Vylon Alpha and how is ur build working for you?

Yeah, I did. Guess I wasn't clear on that.

Either way, why would he want to dp my monster? It's not like it was that obvious I had a plan, since Karakuris force themselves to attack.

For future reference, you can't equip Cestus of Dagla to Vylon Alpha. It's a machine, not a Fairy.

I've made some dumb moves, I'll admit that... Like forgetting to use Rai-oh on DAD, when my opponent asked me if I wanted to negate it...

But I've had people try to Summon Krystia on My Turn... and I had to get a mod in there to stop the Kid...

I've had people who just go into a never ending dice role...

1 Kid didn't know what Bountiful Artemis did... he started yelling at me when I drew after activating Dark Bribe...

People don't know how to play that game at all... Amazing

Now, I jokingly go to 1 Life Point, and sometimes people are cool and we joking play around... but if they're not cool with it than I just admit defeat

dat

2 Vylon Soldier and 1 Vylon Sphere. I had one Vylon Sphere equiped with Vylon Filament and Vylon Component. I was only attacking with him so he couldn't mirror force. Then I just kept summoning till I had enough to synchro. As for the deck build I don't know what you mean. If it means how good is it so far I would say it would still lose easily to Meta, but it can put a fight/win Vs other decks.

This was the second time dueling with that deck since I was still testing it, so I don't know all the cards yet. I automatically thought it wasw Fairy since all the other Vylon Synchros I use are Fairy. But thanks for telling me so I won't do that again.

I spent at least 10 minutes trying to explain to someone that the fact that I discarded Celri because of Morphing Jar doesn't mean it doesn't get it's effect when summoned, and secondly that I select the card that I discard for it's effect.

Once he got it he was OK, and he was a decent player (he even admitted defeat next turn), it just took forever to get him to understand how the cards worked.

I summoned Scrap dragon, he Solemns, I summon golem, hes like:

WTF ARE YOU DOING?!

Me: His effect activates when hes destroyed...

Him: It never hit field

Me: Its when its destroyed AT ALL.

After a bit he says w/e and we continue, I summon beast with golem, attack for near game, synch Twin.

Next turn I pop gobling and return his facedowns, the forst card he flips is TT, then sends it to the graveyard, then send mirror force to the graveyard randomly, Still on TT, I destroy my two and summon golem, and I'm like, What are you doing? You activated TT

-No, you destroyed it with twin..

Me: -_________-'

I see the Vylons are used more than I thought...

I sometimes duel people that seem to have a good deck with the cards they use on the field (like, tengu, lonefire ryko's etc.)

but as soon as they shuffle the deck I notice its like 50 cards... O____O"

I don't go on DN because

1. the nonstandard url thing caused my computer to warn me of possible dangers

2. everybody is either a serious player, or the brats that always want to duel but are sore losers, or the kids who are clueless and misplay constantly, or the sneaky cheaters that take advantage of what they assume to be the clueless kids.

What else is there on Yu-Gi-Oh! playerbase?
