Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. If this card is in your hand while your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card: You can negate the activation of that card, and Tribute 1 monster you control; Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: You can activate 1 of the following effects;
● Discard 1 Spell or Trap Card: Equip 1 of your opponent's Set Spell or Trap Card to this card as an Equip Card with no effect (it is moved to your Spell and Trap Zone.
● Discard 1 card: Destroy 1 card equipped to this card by its own effect and inflict 500 damage to your opponent.[/spoiler]

● Spell: Destroy all Trap cards on the field; gain 200 Life Points for each card destroyed.
● Trap: Destroy all Spell cards on the field; inflict 200 damage to your opponent for each card destroyed.
● Monster: Destroy all face-up monsters on the field (including this card); both players draw cards until they have 6 cards in thier hand.[/spoiler]

That's the only thing I seen that needed correction. Nice pic and I'd say make the archtype it would be entertainin. 9/10

OCG FIX as i know:

If this card is in your hand while your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card: You can negate the activation of that card, and Tribute 1 monster you control; Special Summon this card (from your hand). It is rather odd when you use the Spell or Trap Card equipped to this card and you destroy it during the same turn. I would say that usually word "Once per turn" is used once in 1 monster's effect. But it is up to you

Does Vex negate as a cost for its Summon? 'Cause that's disturbing. Aside from the fact that you need room to take the cards, the stealing effect might as well just destroy. The third effect is pointless, since your opponent already can't use the card you took.

Vehemence is a bit too good. Its cost is eliminated when it's Summoned. The destructive effects only affect face-up cards, I assume. The third effect is broken, since you can abuse it with a small hand to gain advantage. Particularly since it will still be the Draw Phase and you can bring out another Vehemence.

I don't know what to think of the first one. It depends if it negates as a cost. The second one would be too good even at 0 ATK/DEF.

By the third effect, do you mean 'it is moved to your Spell and Trap Zone'? If so that's there as a drawback; as in it takes up one of your Zones. And yes it negates it but you also need to Tribute a monster.

Second Card Comments: GAH! I just realized that. And maybe I will make it 'each player draws 3 cards' as it's third effect. And on the bring out another Vehemence remark, maybe it was Limited =P. But ya, i plan on editing this card when possible currently half asleep in 2 forearm/Wrist. Fiberglass casts, on my iPad >.<[/center][/size][/color][/font]
