ProDizine
This card cannot be Special Summoned. You must tribute 3 monsters to Normal Summon this card. This card cannot be targeted by the effects of Spells, Traps, or Effect Monsters. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent; target 1 card they control; Banish it. Professor Strawberry
OP'd and a few OCG errors, but I like it. 8/10.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
OP'd
I disagree with you. It's as strong as the Egyptian Gods, and how many people run those? OCG is fine with the new OCG rules, but like I said, it's more of a plot device than an actual Boss monster. Grunt Issun
I must be getting off my edge, because I have no idea what banish means in the new OCG, I wish it still said "Send that card to the graveyard" Or "Remove that card from play" Either way, 8/
momobeast
BANISH means "remove from play". Cards nice could match OBELISK-9/
Phantom Roxas
OP'd and a few OCG errors, but I like it. 8/10.
How is it overpowered? What OCG errors? "You must tribute 3 monsters to Normal Summon this card" should be "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 monsters." This reminds me of the Wicked Gods more than anything, specifically Dreadroot. The "pierce and banish" effect is nice, which is probably the best use for this card. However, the effect immunity doesn't do much because a lot of cards don't target, such as Lightning Vortex and Mirror Force. It's a decent attempt at a God Card copy, but nothing more. There is a reason why there's not many cards that strong.

Phantom Roxas
All of the Wicked Beasts - except maybe Eraser, depending on the situation - can kill this. It's mostly a matter of who can their monster out first.
