Gem-Knight Ruby

Extremely Interesting. Also, if you look closely, you can see that you can tribute any "Gem-" monster, not just Gem-Knight monsters. Good idea, Konami. Doing nice things for a change.
"Gem-Knight Garnet" + 1 "Gem-Knight" monster.
This Monster Card can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon (from the Extra Deck) using the above cards as Fusion Material Monsters. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 face-up "Gem-" monster to have this card gain ATK equal to the Tributed monster's ATK, until the End Phase. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.
DT05 is the equivalent to DT09 from OCG right?
Apparently, the way DTs work now is that they get released in 2 halves, which will also be the Hidden Arsenal's number.

So DT05, when complete, will be OCG's DT09 and DT10.

It's only good when you actually have Garnet in hand, and you need an Obsidian to make this good. And in like 90% of the situations I'd be in I'd rather just summon Citrine which is better than any other Gem-Knight fusion.

Apparantly, it's the only good Specific Gem-Knight Fusion

Topaz can OTK. Topaz + fusion weapon + 1400+ monster = win. Pretty consistent with Topaz's burn effect.

And now you know why I will never be convinced to run Gem-Knights without at least 1 tourmaline.
