Konami couldn't make up their mind, so they gave him the Treeborn restriction and the "you can't SS after you use this card effect" restriction. [/quote] Scout says "At the start of your Main Phase #1". You are only at the start of your Main Phase #1 once. After you activate something, it is no longer the "start".
