Infernal steamstorm will fix that, this mount being a Reverse Rare in Infernal Steamstorm. Legendary Dragoon ♦Race: Dragon/Mount ♦You can mount this card to a Creature you control. That creature gains ¤ Increase the Power of the Mounted creature by 5. ¤ When a Dragon-Race Creature is Played, it is treated as being Fast-Footed. ¤You can unmount this creature and then Remount it, once per turn. When you do so, draw 1 card. Obviously, this mount is good for dragons. Unmounting it and then Remounting it for a free card also looks quite nice. Thing is, it becomes a endless eating target as soon as it's unmounted. The ability to give all your Dragons Fast-Footed is also nice.
