It really just seems like a lackluster plant draw engine, especially since there are only 2 plant-type synchros, and BRD is usually what you want to go for. The SS effect is decent, but I'd rather use my grave plants for other effects really. Unless you have other combos that I haven't thought of yet. But if they do happen to get rid of some major cards from todays Plant decks (like Lonefire or sth like that), how would this card fare? Anyways, yeah. You could either fix it by making a good one, or including BRD. You could also do something like "Banish this card from the Graveyard and return 1 card from your hand to the Deck to draw a card" or something to that effect so it's easier to pull off, but still balanced.
