evilfusion Posted July 7, 2011 Report Share Posted July 7, 2011 It should probably get revoked when the Xyz starter deck comes out, but I'm not sure if there's been any official word on that. Priority can be advantageous, and I do occasionally find myself cursing priority when I can't stop an effect with Book of Moon, Bottomless, etc. Other times, I find priority hilarious with cards that my counters will neutralize while costing the opponent advantage, such as discard costs or similar. It only affects Ignition Effects, like Brionac, Lonefire, Zombie Master, DAD, JD, etc. Trigger Effects like Black Rose and Trishula aren't affected, and Quick Effects like Stardust and Effect Veiler are still good. The Borg Posted July 8, 2011 Report Share Posted July 8, 2011 Priority is still in the OCG, as having Priority allows you to do anything. All that's changing is monsters will not be able to activate ignition effects in response to a summon.
