An interesting set I made up. Feel free to correct anything. Some are pretty OP lol.

[spoiler=Lore] This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 2 "Oceanic Guardian" monsters you control. Select one "Oceanic Guardian" monster from you Graveyard and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to half of the ATK of the equipped monster. While this card is face-up on the field, negate all the effect of face-up Effect Monsters your opponent controls. [/spoiler] [/spoiler]

you forgot to say "As long as this card is face up on the field"

Palaemon there's already card effects for that, give it somewhat a different effect
