Issues I can see:
What level is the token?
Is it any card in the deck? Because that's broken - forget the token, it's a free foolish burial. If it's supposed to be the specific material the token will be that would work, but it prevents you getting a Stardust for Shooting Star for example.

Other than that it looks OK. Since a lot of the specific materials for synchros are the Tuners, maybe let the token be a Tuner as well if appropriate.

Ocg:
Once per turn: You can send 1 card in your deck to the graveyard; Select 1 Synchro Monster in your Extra deck with a Specific Material(s). Special Summon 1 "Material Token" (LIGHT/Machine-Type/Level [?]/ATK 0/DEF 0) in face-up Defence Position. That Token's name is treated as the name of one of the Synchro Material Monsters for the selected monster.

I had a feeling that might be the case somehow.

Ocg:
Once per turn: You can send 1 card in your deck to the graveyard and target 1 Synchro Monster in your Extra deck with a specific Synchro Material Monster(s); Reveal 1 of those monsters in your Deck or Extra Deck and Special Summon 1 "Material Token" (LIGHT/Machine-Type/Level ?/ATK 0/DEF 0) in face-up Defence Position. That Token's name is treated as the name of one of the Synchro Material Monsters for the selected monster, and it's level is equal to the level of that Synchro Material Monster.

I've added the level effect, and made selecting the synchro part of the cost. I've also added an effect to reveal the material, so that your opponent can confirm what level it actually is and you can't just say "Oh, stardust is level 7 so I can tune it with Majestic Dragon and Synchro Recruiter for Majestic Star".
The fact that it's a free foolish needs sorting. Perhaps make it a mill, so the card that hits the grave is random (in which case, revealing the material before that would be OK, so you don't mill your only Majestic Dragon or something).

Edit, RE next post: Wasn't sure if that applied to the deck, but probably does so changed it.
