Going Old School with Rituals

I started playing about 8 years ago and I was fond of Ritual Monsters. So, I decided to start a set of them. I'm introducing a Generic Fairy Ritual Spell and 1 Fairy-Type Ritual Monster. Comments are appreciated since I'm entering a realm I haven't been in for two years, the realm of Rituals. Also, the last part of the Ritual Spell Card and the Ritual Monster gives me some worries. Also, my OCG may be off since I had to tweak Ritual OCG into the new format as well as use a concept I usually never touch. Now, CnC?

Must be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Spiritual Glare". When your opponent targets a Fairy-Type monster for an attack: You can banish it; Negate the attack. After 3 turns: Return the banished monster to your hand. As long as this card is on the field: All Fairy-Type monsters gain 200 ATK for each Fairy-Type monster in your hand.[/spoiler]

Can be used to Ritual Summon any Fairy-Type Ritual Monster. You must also banish Fairy-Type monsters from your Deck or Graveyard whose Levels equal the Level of the Ritual Monster you are attempting to Ritual Summon. After 3 turns, during your Draw Phase: You can add 1 banished Level 4 or lower Fairy-Type monster and this card to your hand instead of conducting your Normal Draw.[/spoiler]

... [b][i]Why?[/i][/b] The way this card is worded, states that it banishes YOUR OWN monsters. Why would you want to limit that to once per turn? An effect like that to my knowledge can only be abused by 2 cards, that are run in its own deck that has no space for a Ritual variant.

However, I must say that if you can work these cards to work with the new Agent Cards in some way. I'd be absolutely impressed. Ritual Faries that arent around the Heralds? <3

I never implied it was Overpowered. Read again:

I said it was underpowered and/or useless at this moment. Then praised him saying that the potential coming from this idea is a great one, saying I want to see more and it may impress me.

It really doesn't matter what the pic references to. As long as it does its job effectively, it is fine.
