HaouJudai
For anyone going to Nats running a budget deck. Get your hands on a couple of super polymerization and Supreme Arcanite - Most decks nowadays run a couple of veilers anyhoo. You can super poly TG Hyper Librarian into Supreme Arcanite using either their Veiler or your own as material. Face up or Face Down. Even During their turn. Someone pointed out to me that you can just flip super poly and discard and use 2 of your opponent's TG Hyper Librarians during their turn as fusion material. He's a spellcaster and a spellcaster synchro. Supreme Arcanite Magician. how do you like me now?

I'm going to put that in the strategy section but let's discuss the relevance of Supreme Arcanite Magician now that I have passed this info onto you. Supreme Arcanite Magician. how do you like me now?
There are a few problems with your post: Bolded Statement #1: saying that would imply all budget decks have spellcasters and actually want to use Extra Deck space for this and Deck Space/Side Deck Space for Super Poly. Bolded statement #2: I'm not sure if you can use their facedowns for Super Polymerization, since you can't normally access their information. And this statement implies people actually summon Effect Veiler. Bolded statement #3: The strategy subsection no longer exists. Now it's the Other Card Games section. I'd run this in a Spellcaster-based deck using Miracle Synchro Fusion, but this doesn't really appeal to me, especially if it will be summoned during the opponent's turn.
If they want to Synchro Summon with Veiler as tuner, which is very unlikely.

Time Psyduck
Use against Quasar/Halberd Cannon/Blade Blaster (in T.G. decks, using Wonder Magican) summons - it doesn't say the other Spellcaster can't be a Synchro monster as well, so use their second Librarian (or Wonder Magician) and leave them down two monsters. Alternatively normal summon your own Veiler (or whatever other Spellcaster you might run), if they leave it out. Heck, Synchro for your own Librarian/Arcanite/whatever. Probably only worth it if you already run Super Polymerisation or a Spellcaster-heavy deck, but it sounds fun.
lol I should clarify. Not their veilers. Yours. You cannot use their facedowns for super poly. That is an unknown. So let me digest this. You enjoy watching your opponent gain multiple pluses and hand advantage during their turn? This strategy is meant to get rid of TG Hyper Librarian so they don't build advantage. It's as simple as setting your veiler and then setting super poly. 2 Super Polys in side should work - and you could get away with 1 Supreme Arcanite in side. So just 3 slots to do this. Veiler is normally main decked in most decks. I will edit the OP and take out the part about the strategy section. Thanks for that. *edit* someone emailed me and pointed out that if they have 2 TG Librarians on their field you can just super poly their librarians into supreme arcanite for maximum trololol
