The card itself is both a Debris and Junk Synchron target. Add to it, if you were to revive it with one of those and just-so-happen to have another in your hand, you could Special Summon it easily. Yea, its a weird-ass Blackwing, sure, but its fairly easy to spam them IMO. Not saying its [i]THAT[/i] useful, just giving a few ideas on how you [i]would[/i] use it.
