A little situational, skips your Draw Phase(You can stack that effect, btw), but is another copy of Foolish Burial.
Discuss how this would effect the metagame.

Most cards you would mill with it only have around 500 ATK.
....You also lose your Draw Phase, so that's where the apparent "balance" comes on.

Losing the Draw Phase is too much of a deal actually.

That's why Offerings to the Doomed is crap.

You lose your draw phase, but you can easily setup lolLibrarian. Plus, you can stack multiple

Easily causes OTKs. Send 2x MTD and you have an almost guaranteed win.
