My question, why is this consisdered more broken than Maxx "C"? Unless I'm missing something, Maxx "C" Nabs you more pluses most of the time, but your opponent's turn. while librarian nabs you pluses every time a SYNCHRO happens. Which is more or less slower than Maxx "C". Unless I'm missing something important, than why is this so bannable compared to Maxx "C"? Just confused a bit. New question: Should I sell this for fair price before the banlist comes out and if it gets hit buy it for less?
