I don't think there's going to be an arguement on this one. It can only banish up to 2 monsters, gains strength at a moderate level, requires a sacrifice, has some decent protection, but isn't invisible. :3 Personally I like it.

Think of what happens when you synchro with this. Sense it would leave the field, it wouldn't and you'd still get the synchro monster. Now this isn't in the set but this add level eater are perfect for each other, no prizes on guessing why.

That's a strange ruling...especially since I thought if a card that rejects leaving the field can't really be used for a Synchro Summon. IDK. A Synchro Summon would require two monsters being sent to the Graveyard and since the monster is not leaving the field, it's in a way rejecting being used for the Summon...New ruling?

The card is both good and bad in my opinion.

Bad: Once during each turn if this card would leave the field it does not.
So does that mean once per turn it can't be tributed whether for summon or card effect or am i just not understanding.

Good:This card cannot be destroyed by battle. During each Standby Phase for each turn that this card is face-up on the field, increase it's ATK by 700. Once per turn, you can decrease this monsters level by 2, to banish 1 card your opponent controls.
It can stay on the field and after a while i will become a beat stick. Its other effect is also good to being able to banish up to two cards.

I kind of want to say that this card is OP but at the same time it isn't OP. So I'm going to say that overall it a good card.

Well, I'll admit, there isn't really a ruling on that. Nor am I sure what the ruling would say. Because honestly, it could go either way.
