My bet is they quickly realized how easy that was to use/abuse and chose not to make any more Omni-Heroes do it. Also, by far the best one, since it has a Raigeki effect when it leaves the field by any means. Unlike other effects like it, it will activate when returned to the (Extra) Deck.
