Your running too many random choices, a lot of cards that are flat-out un-needed, and Dandylion @2.
Dandylion is limited to 1.

Wynnda and Gulldo can loop.
No they don't. The 1 searches the other, and vice versa. It doesn't loop forever.
Hand Destruction can help get Quill, Spore, Glow and Dandy in Grave.
This is a terrible way to justify Hand Destruction.
Burial to reuse Quill.
Your only running 1 Quillbolt.
Junk Forward for SS. Defender for SS and defending.
They are both terrible. And you don't need to resort to defense if your deck can win.
Cherry for busting out another and Inmato for Syncing.
This isn't Plants.dek, so remove them.

I never said loop forever. -_- Did you test this deck?
Fine, I'll humor you and "test" it.
Chosen-at-random Opponent: Evil Hero Dark Gaia
He won the coin flip, and is going first.
He sets a monster and 1 spell/trap and ends.
I draw, my opening hand is: Dandylion, Cherry Inmato, Wynnda, Junk Synchron, Tuningware, and I drew into Junk Defender.
I set Cherry Inmao and end.
He draws, and Summons Slate Warrior?
He flips giant Germ.
Slate runs over cherry -> Cherry summons 2 copies of itself.
He ends.
I draw another Wynnda and Normal Summon Dandylion.
Dandylion + Inmato -> Magical Android
Android + Inmato + Token -> Scrap Dragon
I destroy his Germ and my remaining token with Scrap Dragon.
I know I might regret doing this, so I attack Slate Warrior.
I end.
8000/7100
He plays Dark Calling.
Gaia Plate + Slate Warrior = Dark Gaia@4700
He then Summons Koa'ki Guardian.
....
Damn it.
But wait, after Gaia attacks Dragon, he for-some-unknown-reason uses Guardian to negate Scrap's effect.
IT HAS NO TARGETS TO BEGIN WITH!
Friggin AIs....
He ends.
5600/7100
I draw another Defender.
I set Wynnda -> end.
He Summons a Giant Germ and uses his face-down, Call of the Haunted to revive Guardian.
Gaia runs over Wynnda
I use it's effect just to get Guardian off the field.
Giant Germ attacks directly -> I use Defender
He ends.
1900/711
I draw Debris.
I Summon Junk Synchron who revives Cherry.
Defender + Synchron -> Gardna
I use Gardna to run over the defense position Dark Gaia.
I end.
He Summons Guardian.
This is like the 3rd one, I swear.
For some reason, he didn't use Guardian's effect to negate Gardna.
Instead, he plays Reborn on Scrap Dragon.
...........
Damn it.
He set a card and runs over Gardna with Scrap Dragon.
NOW he uses Guardian's effect to negate Gardna.
In his Main Phase 2 -> Dragon destroys Call of the Haunted and my Inmato.
I draw into Call of the Haunted.
I Summon Black Rose from my Extra Deck via Debris Dragon's effect. and destroy everything.
I get 2 tokens and set Call.
I end.
He draws Grand Mole
I use Call of the Haunted for Scrap Dragon.
Battle Phase -> He attacks a token with Mole.
I draw Doppel.
I destroy the remaining token and mole with Scrap.
I Set Tuningware.
Scrap attacks directly
I end.
500/4300(I forgot to calculate the last Battle Phase)
He set a card and end.
I Summon the Quillbolt I drew and destro it and his set card(Bottomless) via Scrap.
Scrap attacks directly.
I end.
500/1500
Your deck won on turn #16.
Btw, the com was running a terrible Dark Gaia.dek.
And almost the entire duel I had to rely on spamming Scrap Dragon because most of your cards rely on Battle-destruction, something a Dark Gaia deck takes advantage of.
Oh course, half of my moves were luck-sacked.
If you tl;dr that, it basically can be summed up as: I relied on Scrap Dragon, which is the best card that deck can possibly Summon.
Which is rather sad.

My grade, your deck gets a 3/10.
It lacks any real synergy and relies on sack-ish combos.
