Sleepy Posted July 27, 2011 Report Share Posted July 27, 2011 It only "looks" good. There are like..... 3 Spellcaster-Type Synchros in the game. Tempest is more of an OTK card. Using this card for Arcanite would be rather inconsistent to try. Explosive Magician doesn't really have Synergy with it. This card needs the Synchros, the Synchros don't need it. Its effect is... ok I guess. I wouldn't use it. The Spell Card recycled needs to be pretty broken for it to be worth your next Draw Phase's draw.
