Go to Written Cards.

At the moment, there are 3 CCGs.

Cody Frost's CCG
Yu-Gi-Oh! OCCG
Leo's CCG

You forgot FF Fan's CCG, which I believe is still active atm.

Personally involved in Yu-Gi-Oh! OCCG.

Basically, YVD is a dueling program usually used for dueling with real cards.

However, you can change the card database extremely easily which has been used for adding in people's own cards.

CCGs allow you to make your own cards, place them in sets and then finally putting them on the card database of YVD.

I was talking about video games, not written RPs
I'll try the YVD option though.

The listed CCGs are basically threads in which the people related to the project post entire sets of custom cards for YVD usage. That's what I gather from them, at least. Anyone who's actually involved in one of them can probably explain it more thoroughly, but I think I got the gist of it.

Alright, I actually remember how.

Go to the YVD folder and open the document that is either titled tcg_yvd or ocg_yvd, which should open in something like Notepad. There you will find the list of all the cards that's currently in your system. You'll notice their's a certain format. Let's take Stratos.

|Elemental Hero Stratos|12|JUMP|Warrior/Effect|Wind|4||1800|300|When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can select and activate 1 of these effects: •Destroy Spell or Trap Cards on the field up to the number of other "Elemental Hero", "Destiny Hero" and "Evil Hero" monsters you control. •Select and add 1 "Elemental Hero", "Destiny Hero", or "Evil Hero" monster from your Deck to your hand.|

So the basic outline is like this:

|Name|Card Number|Set Name|Type and Subtype|Attribute|Level||Attack|Defense|Effect|

There's a YVD format converter somewhere but I really don't feel like looking for it.

YVD allows you to add new cards into it's set manually, thus giving you the ability to play with custom cards. That's pretty much the only way I know of outside of printing the cards and going against your friends.

Exactly.

There are multiple CCGs (Custom Card Games) in Written Cards if you are interested.
