Depression

Happy: As long as you try to improve and strive to be your best it really doesn't matter how it turns out.

Sad: A rare percentage of people will ever be important enough to matter to the majority. So I look at it like this, even if I fail I'm not important enough for others to care.

In all seriousness, you probably do if you feel like that. My common sense, sense is tingeling; try to better yourself and don't make threads based around you in general as no one really cares.

Best to just try and get everything off your chest to someone (I had counselling for 3 months). Helped me alot, I've had meh moments, but nothing as bad as before.

Any anti-depressants you get just make you think your better, and mess you up something bad for the first 2 weeks. I remember not being able to have them in my room for 2 weeks.

Don't spam the topic up, because I can just warn all 3 of you for spam. You 3 show the exact attitude as to why I would never post anything like this except in personal conversations.

On topic: If its a consistant feeling you should talk to family and friends, and maybe consider visiting the doctor.

Judai couldn't even see what his cards were after he lost to Ed Phoenix. Probably the same with M-

I'll let you guys all in on a little secret
this is the motive I live by when it comes to satisfaction if not stable happiness

"treat life, with low expectations"

this is the way I live carefree, yet live with purpose and drive
and I'll tell you bru
it f***ing works

I fully agree. I'm happier whenever I live this way.

Unfortunately, on occasion I get excited and begin to anticipate something really great that is supposedly gonna happen for me in the near future.
95% of the time? It never happens. And I always hate myself for it afterward for letting myself fall into the same trap of expectation again and again.

If you live your life without expectations and an overall negative outlook, you won't be disappointed. And the (very) rare good things that DO happen will just seem that much better for it in comparison to the rest of the s*** you'll go through.
