Fix just one thing, and it's good to go.

Just set his ATK to 0, so that searchers can do their job with it.

See, a card with ? ATK, as you know, has not many viable ways of getting into the player's hand/field. Giving it 0 ATK, on the contrary, makes it really easy for searchers to Summon it. Say, for example, Shining Angel or Sangan.
