I'm not sure how many pluses that would net, but you'd be in such a good situation if you stole your opponent's Scrap Dragon or something. Apart from that, De-Synchro was basically used as a draw engine in Tuningware.dek. Also it's pro with Trishula, but people don't actually do that (apart from in Tuningware.dek).
